• Pricing format is an annual Base Retainer + % Commission of Sales
• Base Retainer is dependent and proportional to the Coverage Package selected
• Commission is eligible on Pre-Production and Production orders only. NRE & Service are ineligible.
• 2-Year Minimum Agreement required.

Confidentiality & Operations Statement
Confidentiality Statement:
• EVONOMY Group shares one Corporate NDA for both Brands. Each Brand has a unique service agreement.
• EVONOMY Group collects client contacts from both Brands. These are made available as needed to our team.
Operations Statement:
• Evonomy & REPfirm Brands function as entirely separate entities. No employees work in both Brands.
• REPfirm only represents one supplier offering for a given technology type & market. No in-house competitors.
• REPfirm personnel do not receive supplier information from the Evonomy team, or vice versa. This is firewalled.
